High quality (small) capers in salt selected and prepared by Agostino Recca in Italy.
Salted capers add saltiness, but also a flavour of their own to fish dishes, you can add them to tomato sauces, on pizza … definitely worth experimenting with creatively.
First rinse away all the salt, and then soak them in water for a quarter of an hour, and use!
