The result of scrupulous craftsmanship, rigorously drawn in bronze, using only the best Italian semolina of first extraction (only the heart of the grain of wheat) and the water of a secular and clear source of Gragnano.
The extraordinary processing is completed by a long and delicate drying at low temperature, which keeps intact the characteristics of flavor, color and roughness of the Pasta.
