Made with selected and carefully controlled flours, Mellin Rice Cream is produced with an exclusive formula and with a particular processing method that makes naturally present starches more digestible. This rice cream perfectly maintains its creaminess until the end of the meal. It does not require cooking and is quick and easy to prepare.

How to use
Pappa con latte: for the first porridge, start with about 3/4 tablespoons of Mellin Rice Cream to be dissolved in 180ml of hot milk;
Baby food with broth: Continuing with weaning, it is possible to dissolve 5/6 tablespoons of Mellin Rice Cream in 200ml of hot vegetable or meat broth.
