Ingredients
Corn flour (80%), tapioca starch (20%), vitamin B1.
May contain milk and soy. Gluten free.
Method of use and conservation
The Cream of Corn and Tapioca Mellin is instant and therefore does not require cooking and is easy and quick to prepare.
How to use
Meal with broth:
For the first porridge, dissolve 3-4 tablespoons of Cream of Corn and Tapioca.
Mellin in 180 ml of hot vegetable broth:
A teaspoon is equal to about 6 g of Corn and Tapioca Cream.
Keep in a cool and dry place. Close carefully after use and consume within one month of opening. To be consumed by the date indicated on the package.
