Aurum is an intense fruity extra virgin olive oil with a strong flavor.
From 100% Sicilian olives
Obtained from Sicilian blends that give Frantoio Scalia oil a perfect balance between bitter and spicy, as well as olfactory-gustatory characteristics typical of the Sicilian territory. It is produced in October from green olives of the Cerasuola and Nocellara from Etna cultivars, harvested by hand and pressed on the same day with cold extraction.
Aurum can be enjoyed on legume soups and all vegetables. Ideal raw, it lends itself to giving an extra touch even to meats and bruschetta.
The nose prevails aromas of fresh grass, artichoke, green tomato and occasionally hints of aromatic plants.
